Ohope Beach Holiday Homes charges a modest set commission on all rentals. You pay no listing or consultancy charges. If your home is not rented, you have no costs.

You have the assurance of a clear contract with us. This details the rental rate and any specific conditions you prefer (such as “pets welcome” or “no pets”). The contract also confirms any servicing choices you make, such as us managing minor home maintenance (charges apply).
